Patna, Jul 25 (PTI) Rekha Modi, a cousin of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, tonight lodged a complaint with police charging her brother Mahabir Modi and sister-in-law with inflicting insult and mental torture upon her in their house. Police said Rekha rushed out of her house in Rajendra Nagar locality in tattered clothes and was seen running on the road for help. A police team brought her to Patna police station where she lodged a complaint against the two. She also accused Mahabir of confining their parents and said he was not allowing her and her daughter to meet them.
