Chennai, July 6 (PTI) The government today informed the Madras High Court that slain LTTE leader V Prabhakaran''s ailing mother has decided not to visit India immediately for medical treatment. The counter affidavit filed by Assistant Solicitor General of India J Ravindran on behalf of the External Affairs Ministry stated that officials from India and Sri Lanka called on Parvathi at a hotel in Colombo on May 11.
