Spain coach Vicente del Bosque dropped misfiring striker Fernando Torres and included Pedro in attack with David Villa for the European champions' World Cup semi-final against Germany on Wednesday.Torres returned from knee surgery shortly before the tournament and has yet to find the net in five appearances in South Africa.Pedro came on as a substitute in the European champions' 1-0 quarter-final win over Paraguay and it was his shot that rebounded off the post for Villa to net the winner.Germany coach Joachim Loew made only one change to his team from their 4-0 win against Argentina in the quarter-finals, opting to replace suspended striker Thomas Mueller with Piotr Trochowski, who will play down the right wing.Mueller, who has four goals in the tournament, is suspended for one match after being booked in the Argentina game.Loew has decided to stick with his 4-2-3-1 formation, using Miroslav Klose as the only out-and-out striker.(Additional reporting by Karolos Grohmann; editing by Ken Ferris)News posted by www.newsinfoline.com
