Mumbai, July 8 (PTI) Copper, lead and zinc prices firmed at the non-ferrous metal market here today on sustained demand from industrial users amid a rising trend in the London Metal Exchange (LME). Meanwhile, copper sheet cutting and brass sheet cutting dropped on the back of reduced offtake by consumer industries. Copper cable scrap, copper utensils scrap, copper wire bar and lead, all moved up by Rs 2 per kilo each to Rs 367, Rs 342, Rs 395 and Rs 107, respectively. Copper scrap heavy, copper armiture and zinc also inched up by a rupee per kilo each to Rs 361, Rs 356 and Rs 108. However, copper sheet cutting fell by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 350 from Rs 353 yesterday. Brass sheet cutting inched down by a rupee per kilo to Rs 264.
