Siemens VAI Metals, a unit of Siemens AG said on Monday its consortium with India's Shriram EPC has won an order to construct a rolling mill for Steel Authority of India's plant at Durgapur.The new long-product rolling mill will expand the steelmaker's production capacities for structural steel by about 1 million tons per annum, Siemens VAI said.
