Patna, July 7 (PTI) RJD supremo Lalu Prasad today appointed former Bihar minister Md Illiyas Hussain as the national spokesperson of the party. Hussain would also function as national vice-president of the RJD, Prasad told PTI. Hussain was a senior member in the erstwhile Lalu Prasad- led ministry in Bihar. He was also MLA from Karakat in Rohtas district for five times.
