New Delhi, July 19 (PTI) With the recent Indo-Pak Foreign ministers meeting leading to a verbal spat between the two countries, Congress today said one can choose friends but not neighbours. "We can choose our friends but not neighbours," party spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said, adding "dialogue was the only way forward". Asked whether External Affairs Minister S M Krishna would meet his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Kabul, Ahmed said that the stand of the party and the government was clear on this. "We have to move forward. There should be a process of dialogue. Our External Affairs Minister is competent whom to meet at Kabul or elsewhere." PTI AMI.
